Where do you deliver online orders?

Online orders are delivered via our nationwide store network to Australian addresses only. To send items to more than one address, please place a separate order for each delivery location. You may be required to be available in person to accept delivery of your order.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers?

Where requested, and subject to size and availability restrictions, your items can be delivered to a PO Box or Parcel Locker.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery costs for your purchase are calculated and displayed in the shopping cart. The standard delivery fee is calculated by the size and weight of the items, plus the delivery location. Same day and scheduled delivery fees vary by your selected delivery date and time. Delivery costs are also automatically calculated when you checkout and are displayed as a line item in your costs.

When will my delivery arrive?

Delivery times are dependent on store stock levels in your local area. Use the delivery calculator when shopping, for an estimation of when your products will be sent. In stock items – typically dispatched in 2-4 business days**

Small and mid-sized items

• Standard Delivery by postal or local courier services – sent within 1 business day
• Same Day Delivery or Scheduled Delivery – choose the time that best suits you

Large items

• Delivered by truck from a nearby store
• Your choice of delivery date confirmed within 24 hrs

Customer Direct delivery

• Leaves warehouse in 1-2 business days
• Allow 5+ business days, depending on your location

How does Same Day Delivery work?

Order by 1pm on weekdays to receive delivery to your door by 10pm! Simply select the ‘Same Day Delivery’ option in your shopping cart and enter your postcode to view available delivery times and pricing. Available in select areas for products up to 22kgs, check your cart to see if your order qualifies. Missed the cut-off? Try Scheduled Delivery or free Click & Collect instead.

How does Scheduled Delivery work?

Choose a weekday delivery date and 3-hour window that suits you, with delivery times available up to 10pm. Select the ‘Scheduled Delivery’ option in your cart to view available dates, times, and pricing for your location. Available in select areas for items up to 22kgs, check your cart to see if your order qualifies.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Head to the Track My Order page then enter your order number and email address.

For large items, delivered by truck from a nearby store, once your order is processed, you’ll receive an email and a call from the store to organise a suitable time for delivery.

For Customer Direct products, you can track your order once it leaves the supplier's warehouse.

Who will deliver my order?

For small item delivery, we've partnered with Australia Post and local courier providers. For larger purchases, there's a local store delivery team who'll deliver your products at a time convenient for you. Customer Direct purchases are shipped directly from a trusted supplier to your door.

Why is my order split into multiple deliveries?

Harvey Norman stores are operated by independent proprietors, each managing their own area of the business — such as electrical goods, furniture, computers, and more.

If your order includes items from multiple categories, they may be supplied by different proprietors and delivered separately. This helps ensure you receive your items as efficiently as possible, supported by your local Harvey Norman teams. If your order contains a Customer Direct item, this will be sent directly from the supplier.
